***Update: The manager at Papa Johns Richmond called me today, and was very understanding. He was quick to rectify the situation. This is the kind of customer service that makes a place worth coming back to.Initial review: I placed an order for pick up and waited in my car outside until the app notified me that the order was ready. Love this location. I do a lot of lunch and learns for work and they do a great job recommending and being flexible on pick up times as sometimes I need to pick up before they open to get to my meeting.I will continue ordering from here!

It was our first time ordering from here. We had Papa Johns at a party recently and enjoyed it.When our pizza arrived, our pizza was missing the pepperoni. We called to inform, thinking at most they'd refund the missing toppings to rectify the issue. However they were accountable for the error and made a brand new pizza and had it delivered ASAP. This was such a surprise to us! Great customer service and made our day much better!Will definitely continue ordering from here.
