The staff here are absolutely phenomenal. My dad has been in the hospital for the last ~3months, and they always remember his face and have his usual order punched in as he walks through the door. It might seem a bit silly as they were just providing coffee, but for us it meant a lot. Coming here always made my dad's day, and having a place to come hang out, other than the hospital room, made his stay so much much better for all of us. Meh... A great spot to meet up with folks before heading in. The coffee is good, and every bit as pricey as the upscale coffee barons. The food is decent. But it can get crazy busy at lunch or coffee time.
