Ridiculous busy. All the time. Crowded. Slow drinks. A billion phone orders before yours. Some weird flight attendant who only hands drinks? Bridgeland market and stoop up the hill both MUCH better options. Over 20 min wait for a drink.

Starbucks is pretty consistent with their drinks across locations. Parking at this one can be tough to find - you may also need to pay for parking.The reason for my rating here is because they drastically adjusted their hours and didn’t update their app or their Google listing, which is very inconvenient.

Not sure how to provide a review for my order through the Starbucks app. Doesn’t look like theres an option to.Got two drinks this morning, both tasted like sugar water and sugar cream respectively, with little to no espresso in them. If it had been just my drink I might have thought it was my imagination, but my gf said hers was the same.All good, things happen, but disappointing there isn’t a way to get the order refunded in the app like Uber eats. Especially for an expensive cup of coffee. This location is usually pretty good.
Who designed the layout? Who? I would like some accountability. Was it the same person who invented the corn maze? Or the person who invented the escape room? Is this Starbucks an escape room? I’m not sure. It might be. If you like to answer “are you in line?” something like forty time then this is your Starbucks and I hope you enjoy it.

The whole experience was weird but the standard Starbucks quality drink. When ordering the person at the till put in my order and didn't even ask if that was all or my form of payment I was waiting for my husband to order when he pointed out that they were waiting on me to pay. My husband ended up ordering on his own. After that awkward interaction we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks while we watched people who ordered after us recieve their drinks. It's a small location so it became crowded quick with everyone waiting on drinks.
