Great neighborhood sushi spot for quick take away sushi or a fun dine-in experience. Good for go-to staples like spicy salmon or volcano roll and a few good special rolls like seared salmon, spicy crunch, truffle prawn, or spicy salmon oshi.Always appreciate Hitomi’s service helping me grab to-go sushi when I’m on the go with my pup. Big smile on her face and helps me grab what I need from the market area.
Ikusa Izakaya is always our go-to for ramen and sushi. Staff are always welcoming and food quality is always top notch. Restaurant has a good amount of seating so it’s quite easy to get a table. Definitely recommend trying for all!

A must try Japanese place in Calgary. Our Waitress took care of our allergy needs with utmost care, As I am severely allergic to shrimp. She checked with kitchen staff multiple times and made sure there is no contamination whatsoever. Great attention to detail be it service wise or food. ?
