Picked up a quick sandwich for the road, Sandy initially started helping me when i walked in. I asked how are you she looked at me no smile and says what do you want, I give her my order and asked not toasted and Swiss cheese, she started adding cheese that didn’t look like Swiss so I confirmed that’s Swiss cheese right she rolls her eyes and says we don’t have Swiss anymore so I figured I’d try the new Monterrey Jack cheese she handed the sandwich off to the next employee...read full review
Currently been standing in line for 10 mins with only 2 people In front of me. It's not even 8 pm. Only one person making sandwiches and you can hear another one cleaning in the back. They still have over 2 hours until close yet have no interest serving customers. The girl making sandwiches is working hard but she needs an extra hand. If I didn't walk 15 mins to get here I would have walked out.

Terrible with honoring their app. Ordered on their app because I got a deal to buy any footlong and get 6 free cookies. Went into the restaurant and they said you must order it on the app to apply the coupon. I did just that. Come to get my food, I am shocked to find out that the cookies are not part of the order. I get a response that the app is separate from Subway and I should talk to them. Just left all frustrated without my cookies. It's silly, but I WANT MY COOKIES ?
