Great selection for local, organic, and value-aligned foods and dairy products. However, I was upset that the other day I paid $8 for a loaf of "quality bread" that ended up so flimsy it literally fell apart when taking it out of the bag and molded in 2 days. Such a waste. I will continue buying other products like produce and dairy from here but was totally disappointed with the sunflower bread and won't be testing out other bakery products after that. This is an excellent market, and a staple on the Calgary scene for almost as long as I can remember! Whether its the freshest, tastiest produce in town, or the more exotic supplements you need, you'll likely find it here at Sunnyside!The staff are always excellent and very helpful, if they don't have what you need then they will try and order it in for you! Decent place to grab a quick lunch. The pizzas and calzones are good, but sometimes the combinations are a bit strange like adding apples and fruits to make things a bit sweet. Overall, not bad though.
