Worst quality with a Thai express, other locations are great. However, this is the second time now I have ordered from here and the food taste freezer burnt. Also asked for extra sauce on the side, it was spilled all over the bag, they charge almost a dollar more for extra sauce, you would think they could at least wrap it to make sure the lid will stay on, like many other places do. I just ordered lunch there today. I ordered the Pad Thai and a pepsi. I asked for the biggest size drink in which think her reply was we don't have any so I said pepsi please. I asked for light ice she put no ice. I said you are charging me for a large drink but giving me the regular. She then says something that I can't understand because her English is poor at best. Visited this location twice and the same scenario happened twice. I ask for extra sauce at the cash, get charged for it and the cook doesn't do it. I mention it to the cook and he brushes you off because the lineup is long.Furthermore without your consent, the cashier will charge you for a soup bowl on top of the extra sauce charge.
