Pretty slow counter service for a non drive thru location. Makes me think twice about stopping in at this location. However, the staff are friendly and helpful once you do get served.The food quality is sometimes a miss on breakfast items. Example: I ordered a BELT breakfast bagel the other day and the lettuce and tomato was missing. We take our Granddaughter there every other week. She's almost 3 but has her own gift card. The Ladies there always ask what she wants. The gentlemen always ignore her. I swipe her card as she isn't tall enough. The gentlemen don't listen to her even though her vocabulary is excellent.

The Restaurant Manager served me this morning and looks like a lack of sleep. Very impatient and out of mood. I hope the restaurant will re-orient or educate their staff on dealing respectfully with the customers. I am very disappointed that early morning you will encounter bad vibes in the restaurant staff.
