This is a business area. Mostly Workers around this area have only 15 minutes of break time/coffee break. They drive to this Tim Hortons just to grab a coffee, but it is extremely disappointing to see Tim staff are busy chating and having a good time inside completely ignoring customer. If you don't want to serve people, then I would recommend you to completely shut down the night service, so people could save their time.
I’m really dissatisfied with the costumer service at this location, I went there 3 months ago and they were rude to me. I gave them a second chance today and they disappointed me again so rude staff!!! Never coming back

The lady at the drive-thru was really rude, when I got to the window I had asked how much my order would cost and decided that I would pay in cash. After a few moments of collecting my coins and handing it to her, she then proceeded to scold me and say that I should have had my coins prepared before coming to the window.
