The staff here are superb! I was rushing to catch my bus and was taking a gamble popping in, they we so fast probably about 2 minutes. The place is clean and and feels safer than a lot of downtown.
Opens really early and stays open for quite a bit. It's good for the early risers who work downtown or are just transitioning through downtown to go to work. You can stop by and get a coffee as parking is free before 9am on week days or just mid-way between buses and/or trains, while heading to your destination. Average wait times is about 5 mins when they are extremely busy.
