Went to thisnTim Horton's location for eveningn coffee today. Family of 4, we ordered our beverages and snacks. We each took a piece of patato wedges and agreed that the wedges were cold and soggy. I went back to the staff, asked them if they could replace these wedges with fresh and crispy ones. They told me that if would be 15 minutes until new batch is ready. I asked for a refund, obviously, I wouldnt wait for 15 minutes and until that time our coffees will go cold and unpleasant...read full review
