Privileged and confident enough to make threats to your customers."That one customer doesn't make or break the buisness"It won't affect the corporation but it will still affect the buisness.That's why this is one of the lowest performing Wendy's.Customer service and Food is horrible.The orders are never correct.And the only positive is because they screw up the orders you oftenly get an extra hamburger which is spoiled and taste disgusting.Fries are soggy.I like recommend Wendy's Somerset or Country Hills. The food is presentable and actually edible from the other locations.

My husband daughter and I went for dinner my daughter and me we through out our hole meal took a bite of the burger it wasn’t cooked all the way through my daughter Cesar salad the romaine was brown amd wilted didn’t taste right at least the drink was

This location is terrible and always has been. I only go maybe once or twice a year and I'm not sure why I keep going knowing they will get the order wrong everytime. So I decided to go in as opposed to drive thru this time and maybe they'll get it right. No, that did not happen and I should of known by repeating myself as the lady was confused. One deluxe burger had no lettuce so they just didn't put lettuce on all and the other 3 were plain sans deluxe but charged deluxe.

I usually have a good experience here but I placed a mobile order, paid the $0.15 for the bag, but at the window they told me I have to pay for the bag twice. So the bag cost $0.30 instead of $0.15
Good food but not so good staff. The staff are rude and obnoxious, but the food is good, and 98% of the time, the drive-through is fast. Remember to ask for your receipt.

While ordering in a hurry at the drive-through, the staff failed to inquire about my drink and dipping sauce preferences, resulting in an unappealing combo of coke and plum sauce. The overall food quality was subpar, with noticeably old-tasting items. The fries were particularly disappointing—soggy and contaminated with hairs. A truly regrettable dining experience.
