I ususally dont have any problems at this location and it is close to my work but today, my girlfriend and I went there and I ordered the pecan salad and asked for spicy chicken vs grilled thinking it could be swicthed out instead of the grilled chicken.But nooooooooo, I was charged for the full price of the salad (they didnt include the grilled chicken I paid for) and then they charged me an extra $4.20 for the spicy chicken! Is it seriously hard to get orders right? Ordered a poutine and a classic asiago chicken. She even asked if I wanted spicy, I said no, classic. Well I got home and got a small poutine, the cup was half empty, just a handful of fries, couple cheese curds and that was it, next to no gravy. I got spicy chicken even though I specifically said not spicy and I'm sure they couldn't get that chicken any thinner. This Wendy's is always good. Always fast and friendly service. Never any inaccuracies with the order or food. Have barely ever been inside but the drive-thru is pretty stellar!
