I’m not a fan of fast food and McDonald’s ice cream is better and cheaper. But love the people that work there ? always nice and they’ve been on the ball when it comes to service. Thanks Wendy’s ?
Ordered through Skip. Unfortunately, half of our order was missing! We had to go and pick up the missing items. On-site manager was very apologetic. Not exactly sure who was at fault. Wendy's claim that the driving missed a bag. In any event, the manager was quick to apologize and make us fresh food for the items missing.. mistakes happen - I can accept that- 4 stars are for the quick and great customer service from the manager.
