Wendy’s is one of my favourites, but the service sooooooo bad. The young man was rude and could care less about me and my family’s experience. With the cost of food you would like to have a good experience, to much to ask.
I absolutely love Wendy's. But Wendy's you're a lot like a lot of other restaurants. You need to train and teach your employees how to properly hand change back or do you actually know how to hand change back? You don't just throw the chains in the dollar bills together. You properly hand the change back by saying how much the total was and how much they are getting back. I got money back. My bills were even folded up. I bought a Combo, Burger fries and a Drink with a Coupon to go and they asked if I needed a Bag I said yes they charged me 15 cents for a Bag, that upset me, I couldn't carry the 3 item's including the open container of fries.
