I had the five course tasting menu. The food was delicious and the service was warm and friendly. I sat at the bar which was located next to the open kitchen. It was a fantastic experience to watch the chefs. The dishes had a variety of great flavor profiles combined seamlessly.

What a fantastic adventure in food this was. If you have heard of the workshop then likely you have heard of their "improv" offering. For those that haven't, this is a meal option where the chef chooses what to serve. This comes in 3 and 5 course options along with drink pairing if you like. We decided on the 5 course and we weren't disappointed. We were not in a rush and I will say that this option does take some time. The service was terrific from our server Bobby. His level of attention was perfect, always there when needed but subtle in his delivery of the meal. I will definitely be going back for another food adventure sometime soon. Can't wait to see what I get next time.

Having just landed in Calgary and looking for a satisfying meal my husband and I found Kitchen + Culture workshop. Thank you the awesome meal and experience. The starters for us were fried cauliflower with capers, harissa aioli and the other tempura pickled oyster mushrooms. Amazing is all i can say! Flavor explosion in the mouth!Thank you for the convivial atmosphere, service and inventive, delicious food.

Not bad. Small menu and the food was decent. Burger was a bit pink which I’m not used to. The back area looked really messy and disorganized and was a bit of an eye sore considering the open concept of the place. If you need a fair priced burger and a craft beer I’d check it out.

Everything served was very good, in a creative way, small portions... Wine pairing was done with their sommelier, and it was very well thought of. Wine worked perfectly with each service we had, and some of them were not so obvious! Good job! Decor is simple, factory style. Nice and cozy. Great night, great diner, great service | Great experience. BRAVO!

QUALITY FOOD! Rotating menu, amazing space, knowledgeable staff. Visited during lunchtime and was seated, ordered, ate, and settled up within an hour. Opted for the chicken sandwich and fries for lunch and was blown away. This place is a hidden gem. Tell your friends. And get the fries!

This restaurant is definitely in my top 10 restaurants in Calgary. I was quite impressed the first time I went there. I had the most delicious dish I've had in a while, lamb belly, and I was in cloud 9 and the whole experience was memorable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Calgary or even locals, they will not disappoint you.
I went with hubby for a Valentine dinner and I was amazed by the food and great customer service!The staff was so friendly. We will definitely come back and recommend this amazing restaurant to all my friends.

This is the third time my friend and I have dined here. It has always been amazing!! Our server, Jennifer, whom we have had in the past, is fantastic. We enjoyed the chicken dumplings and cauliflower to start. The dumpling broth was to die for!! Entrees were equally superb. My friend had the Arctic char and I had the fried chicken. Wow!! Atmosphere is fun, cocktails are boozy, and food and service is top notch! Can’t wait to come back!

Very good food, but I felt a little like a guinea pig testing the plates. For $100 for a meal one should expect only the very best. That being said everything was well presented and delicious but the price was high, service was great and that loses a star for me. Still recommend to try if you're wiling to pay.
