What a fantastic adventure in food this was. If you have heard of the workshop then likely you have heard of their "improv" offering. For those that haven't, this is a meal option where the chef chooses what to serve. This comes in 3 and 5 course options along with drink pairing if you like. Having just landed in Calgary and looking for a satisfying meal my husband and I found Kitchen + Culture workshop. Thank you the awesome meal and experience. The starters for us were fried cauliflower with capers, harissa aioli and the other tempura pickled oyster mushrooms. Amazing is all i can say! Flavor explosion in the mouth!Thank you for the convivial atmosphere, service and inventive, delicious food.

I had the five course tasting menu. The food was delicious and the service was warm and friendly. I sat at the bar which was located next to the open kitchen. It was a fantastic experience to watch the chefs. The dishes had a variety of great flavor profiles combined seamlessly.
