It’s a small and neat bakery. Located by the 4th Street near the Elbow River, convenient and quiet. There are plenty of parking at the back of the store. I felt refreshed when stepped in. There are not many pastries, but every piece is delicacy. This is the best French dessert I’ve had in Calgary. I didn’t get their loyalty card when the sweet girl introduced, but will definitely get one next time. You got my stomach Chef Yann!
Update 2024:Their little cake creations and macaroons are just heavenly! I only wished I lived closer.2020:Their dark chocolate macaroons were so delicious! The store looks bright, clean and professional. And the staff were amazing. I will be coming back!

I was overjoyed with the PARIS-CALGARY cake, words can't express my happiness. The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, making it a great experience. I will definitely be returning to shop there again!
