The ambience, the food, the service - all incredible. The attention to detail that goes into each dish and the chefs skill in flavor combinations is very apparent and heightened by the juice pairing in particular. We had a great time!
We've wanted to try this place for a while and were not disappointed!! It's a really cozy, unique restaurant. We had the hunter with the juice pairing and gatherer with the wine pairing. It's worth spending the bit extra to do the pairings!!! It gave us the chance to mix and share everything. ALL of it was delicious, absolutely fantastic! Our server was excellent and explained each dish to perfection. By the end we were stuffed and so satisfied. Highly recommend trying this place!...read full review

We went to the wine and Italian food dinner and were mind-blown. The chef detailed every dish and where all the ingredients were from. The wine was great and perfectly paired. We met a lot of locals and some travelers and this will be remembered as one of our best nights in Canmore.
