It's evident that most of the previous complaints are from entitled traveller's passing through. This is one of the better locations in Alberta, they take pride in what they do, employees tend to stick around, this helps exponentially with efficiency. Thanks to the crew at Save-on Tim's!
At this Tim's I learned that mobile orders come out on a separate system to the main orders, a separate little printer. Well, none of the staff noticed my mobile order so I stood waiting for over 15 minutes. Eventually I asked where my order was and someone checked the printer. How frustrating. I would have been far quicker just ordering at the counter. This is a fairly standard Tim Hortons location, however they really need more staff in the morning. I come in almost every day for the same two things, and sometimes it takes up to half an hour to both order and get items.I'll admit they do also regularily forget to give me sauce in my wrap, and they've asked for my name every single day without ever actually learning it.
