“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Black Mountain Roasters. My experience there was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the coffee at Black Mountain Roasters is simply amazing. I had the Churro Latte, and it was a delightful blend of rich espresso and the sweet, cinnamon-infused flavors of a churro. The combination was a true taste sensation, and it made for the perfect autumn treat. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff at Black Mountain Roasters were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They made me feel right at home, and their passion for coffee and commitment to quality was evident in every cup. To complement my coffee, I indulged in a Triple Chocolate Square and a Double Chocolate Square. Both were heavenly, offering a decadent chocolate experience that satisfied my sweet tooth perfectly. “We had a great time on our guided tour and the included food was fresh and delicious! the Ebikes were new and very comfortable. The employees were fantastic and very knowledgeable. “After reading many reviews and the menu my husband and I decided to give this restaurant a chance. It did not disappoint. Both the service and the food were great. My husband's burger was definitely mammoth. He enjoyed the patties and the overall flavor combination. My chicken burger was also tasty and our fries were crispy with just the right amount of salt. I would definitely recommend eating here”

“I just love the restaurant on the one side and the bar on the other side. If you want to enjoy some quiet time and not have a bar atmosphere, you can. The food is amazing, and the service is very good.

“Stopped in after a day at the museum. Great, friendly service, super clean. The volcano chicken burger changed my life. I’m the spicy lover in the family and my husband has never seen me even blink when it comes to spice. So of course I see “very very spicy” for this item and think like everywhere else that advertises a spicy item, I’ll be waiting for more heat. This DELIVERED. Yes it was very very (very) spicy, but that spicy sauce isn’t just for a tongue scorch. It’s SO flavourful too. Absolutely delicious, and as the hearing went in my ears from the spice I had a spiritual awakening realising this was the best spicy chicken burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. My husband had the mushroom burger and the gravy was divine. We split some fries, which were addictive. Thank you for such an amazing experience.”

“Yesterday, July 24/2024, at around 12:30 - 1:00 PM my husband dropped in to Drumheller Subway to pick up my usual delicious footlong when he had a bad dizzy spell and disorientation experience. The staff there were amazing and caring. He had to wait about an hour for my son-in-law to get him and take him to hospital. (He is okay). I just wanted to thank all the staff who took care of him during this time. You are wonderful”

“As a former Manager I remembered when this glitch popped up on occasion. After an hour of tech frustration from trying to collect my hot points and a vicious loop appears when neither the app or on the browser works. Zee was busy in the middle of a supper rush and took the time to see the issue. He could easily of passed the buck and moved on. But he was professional and understanding. He took the time and cared. Thank you”

“We went for milkshakes, strawberry and vanilla, I know, how pedestrian, lol. We got those and some onion rings. The people in store were very nice and quick to serve us. The food was good, the place was clean, small, but had a seating area that was also clean. There was no drive-thru, but going in was a pleasant change of pace. The only thing I would say, is the small entrance area is hard ro navigate with a walker or wheelchair, and the first table inside is right as you come in, so a bit congested, but otherwise it was fine.”
