I am not a calzone expert, no idea what an authentic calzone is supposed to taste like. Honestly doesn't matter, because Bautista's calzone made me happy. Everything was fresh, crispy, gooey, spicy, savory, all the flavors and textures I enjoy. I was the only person there today, and that shouldn't be. You should go there on the weekend, find their food truck, or take home frozen calzones. Bautista's deserves your business, and you deserve their calzones.

Battista's Calzone is pure perfection! The crust is crispy outside and soft inside, making it amazing! The cheesy goodness is perfect, with all the tasty flavors that hits the right spots. The portion size is just right, leaving even me happily satisfied. Without a doubt, a solid 5/5, the best Calzone I've had in a long time!

Battista's is a small family restaurant that we don't see enough of anymore. A group of us went for lunch based on a recommendation of a friend, and I'm glad we did. The owner, Battista, was so welcoming and friendly. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his place and wants his customers to feel welcome. As I saw him interacting with other customers, it became apparent that he has a base of regulars whom he knows by name, and they seemed to know him and his staff well. The menu had a selection of just a few calzones, but he was more than willing to accommodate changes and additions with no extra charge. The dough was fresh and incredibly tasty. They had ample filling as well and left me quite full. It was a great value for what I paid. I left with two more frozen calzones, which were even cheaper than the ones he served. Ib works definitely come back here to enjoy not just the food but also the warm and friendly service. Thank you, Battista, for such a great experience!

The owner, Batista is a wonderful man and is extremely friendly. The food came out in a moderate time and was super tasty. Me and my family ordered a some chicken pesto calzones, some donair calzones, and some meatball calzones which are all reasonably priced and are quite filling. Overall this is a great local restaurant and definitely worth trying.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian calzone but it there is not much else to order. The Nutella is also vegetarian and is a great dessert.

Went towards end of day and they ran out of the new York mama. The Pesto pesto was a great recommendation from the staff.The Dough was the right thickness and crustiness. The sauce and meat were hot and flavorful.
