I'm honestly just tired of being denied a bag because the person taking my order forgets to put it in the order. This is not the only Dairy Queen that does this consistently, and what really sucks is that my work truck actually fits in the drive thru. Guess no more DQ for me, in Edmonton anyways.
Honestly I hate to leave anything lower than a 4 star for any review. But as of recent I have had something wrong with my order at least every other time. Most of the time it is my chicken wraps, ask for flame thrower sauce and they give me ranch. I drive and order through the drive thru and return to work and eat while I work as it takes me pretty much my full lunch time to drive to the location and back. Ordered 2 - 4 piece chicken strips. I've ordered this several times and always gotten a full order.Now the price has gone way up and the amount of food we received is nearly 1/2 of what it was a year ago. Not impressed.
