Have always had great pho where ever I’ve ordered in Winnipeg. Not here. Ordered the special which I was expecting to get a variety of meats, seafood, greens. Got some typical beef, some very fatty non-descriptive meat, a few strands of white onions and a few flakes of green onions. No seafood. The soup base was descent. I actually went back thinking I got the wrong order. She assured me this was the special. Would never order here again.
Food is great, more of a healthier option compared to most in the court imo. Usually order the grilled chicken and pork slices with rice and veggies. I forget the number but its really good. Bubble tea for the drink if not a water.Service is pretty helpful and kind. Mall seating so not much to say about the atmosphere. Takes a few minutes to get your food ready which is no big deal.

I have been eating here since around 2014 and I crave their PHO I usually order #2 small with extra meat and basil or with deep fried spring rolls so good. The lady that usually serves me (I think her name is Diang) She has always been so nice and always chats with me but all the servers are very beautiful and kind.
