Wow, it’s true what say say about the fritter. Better than anywhere in and around Calgary by far (and I’ve eaten many on my fritter quest). I will say this fritter would be even BETTER with sone cinnamon or other warm spices to liven up the flavour, but for size, texture, and applely goodness, this bakery is the clear winner!
We get our donuts here now for our work safety meetings and every time i bring them in, everyone smiles and gets excited. The apple fritters are beyond amazing and they are huge!Lucy and her team of amazing bakers are amazing, thank you!

They make the best apple fritters I’ve ever had in my whole life. They are s perfect combination of cooked custardy apples but crispy fried dough with just the right amount of glaze. So good!!!!
