I stumbled apon this place while visiting Edmonton and fell in love with their cheese tart. I returned 3 times to buy them as gifts for customers. Their cheese tarts are incredible and the packaging is awesome! I must confess that I enjoyed the Peach Mini that I bought the same tart on 2 visits for myself, so I have not tried the other 12 or so varieties.They have a variety of cheese tarts and a dozen will cost you around $60. The cheese tarts are so creamy and delicious!! Definitely need to try their premium and original cheese tart.. I also got the mango, strawberry daifuku, and roasted chocolate almond marshmallow.. basically all the flavors I got were sooo good! I don't need to go back to Japan just to have them..?

Thr cheese tarts are decent. Crust is quite solid but the filling is a little on the bland side. I like my tarts to be sweeter and maybe have more salt content.Really like the nama matcha chocolate. String amount of matcha flavoring, right amount of sweet, and the texture is silky.
