Love this place. The pizzas are great and I like the way things are made and the choices you get for your pizza. Staff named Pratiksha is so nice and friendly, she gave us the best options and suggestion for our pizza. I would recommend this location for great pizzas, will be ordering soon again.
The pizza was really good and fresh and hot and with sufficient amount of toppings. Papa johns always have some Deals going online whether it’s 20 or 50% Off or something else. The store manager or owner named Mr. Dhimant is the nicest guy ever. I told him about a feedback/small complaint in one of the pizzas being to hot/spicy even though it was me who order spicy Buffalo pizza, he immediately replaced Both the pizzas in my order instead of replacing only 1. The staff at Papa John's were kind and helpful. They made sure I knew of the specials and what was included. I got more than I expected. The staff really made the experience.It's a downtown shop so while it wasn't dirty, there were expected signs of traffic. No big deal for this family.
