Worst decision to go there. That indian girl( employee) don’t have any manners about how to behave with customer. She has airpods in her ear on work and talking with someone on phone. She is extremely rude without any reason. Her manager also don’t have any respect for customers. Never suggest anyone to go there if you have self respect. I would definitely give them rating in negative(-) if i have option.

Yesterday i went there after the Oilers Game all you folks going here are crazyThis place is so unhygenic the indian owner here was straching his back with hands and then was making pizzas with the same hand no gloves no nothing and a lot of rudenesss in him .Its a gross place ???

I have mixed feelings about papa John's in general. The pizza is pretty good, and customisation is also very nice. But the service of the employees and management is DEPLORABLE. Getting any service if an order goes wrong is like PULLING TEETH. The manager here is a greedy, unhelpful person who only offers paltry or even DISHONEST remedies to screwed up orders, becoming argumentative if you press him to fix the issues.His offering for wrong orders is 30% off a pizza. At normal price. Their deals actually give the same discount, making this a rather embarrassing offering for anyone ordering. Not to mention, a single pizza is already inflated in pricing by a large margin, making their specials the only thing worth getting.My issue is that the management has a pandering, "Yeah yeah buy our pizza screw off" attitude towards customer service. Arguing with a dissatisfied "VIP" customer, and offering (belligerently) a paltry discount, with very little in apology, AND stating as a manager "all I can do is this code" is Garbage, and insulting. A manager could set up free pizza if they wanted. Override codes and give straight out discounts to specials in store to make a customer, a "VIP" customer, happy. I'm not so disappointed by the discount, as I am by how I was treated over the phone, the unwillingness to compromise when an option was unacceptable, and the rudeness of someone in a lead role to me.Not ordering from this place, or chain again. I would recommend you don't either.

Seriously, can you answer a simple question? Why do you list your hours as 10:30am to 2am on Fridays when you consistently close at least half an hour before 2am? It's incredibly misleading and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. Don't even bother telling me to email you, because I've had enough dealing with your frustrating and deceptive practices. It's about time you start being upfront and honest with your customers!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered pizza from this location and did not receive it. I left specific instructions for them to phone upon delivery and left the phone number and they did not call the number specified . I followed up with the restaurant and they were extremely unprofessional. They stated that they would phone me back in 5 minutes. I didn’t receive a call back, I didn’t receive the pizza and I haven’t received a refund . When I attempted to follow up with the restaurant again, they just did not answer the phone . Papa John’s is great but I would steer clear of this location

The staff at Papa John's were kind and helpful. They made sure I knew of the specials and what was included. I got more than I expected. The staff really made the experience.It's a downtown shop so while it wasn't dirty, there were expected signs of traffic. No big deal for this family.
