Very frustrating experience - too bad as the food was generally really tasty. Ordered via the merchant-recommended delivery service (first mistake), got a dinner for 3 with 4 dishes and the Kung Pao shrimp. System said 45 minutes. (keep in mind we live about 12 blocks away) The delivery system never changed from 'confirmed' to 'delivering' - a warning sign. After 50 minutes I phoned and was assured that the food was on its way, with other deliveries happening. Should be 10-15 minutes, I was told. 20 minutes later, I phoned again and they said they'd call the driver. At about 1.5 hours, the driver showed up. Some sauce had spilled all over everything, with just a heads-up, no real apology for that or the super-long delay. Of course, the food was mostly cold by now, but overall tasty. Ginger beef was crispy somehow, but as is often the case, some chewy beef in the mix. Very tasty sauce with a bit of a 'zing'. Lemon chicken was good, sauce was decent although mild. Kung Pao shrimp was very tasty. Beef with Broccoli was the one dish that had pretty much zero flavour. Chicken-fried rice was good. For all this food, they only sent 2 packets of plum sauce and ONE little packet of soy sauce. Hopefully there's a place out there with better service AND tasty Chinese food, but this isn't it, at least in our experience.
