Went thru the dive thru just before 3pm and Fletcher was amazing. Great conversation and excellent experience. So nice to be greeted by someone who clearly likes what they do. Cheers to a great customer interaction. Made my day!

The place is under staffed and not managed.I ordered online and had to wait over 30mins for a sandwich that came cold and a lukewarm coffee.Management needs to hire more and have staff covered.One step they should implement into their process system is if your order is taking longer than normal that they direct you to the parking lot and bring it out to you so that the line can progress.Oh and you'll have no idea how long the line is because it's around the building.
