The employees just seem miserable and rude everytime. I’ve never went here and not felt like I’m a bother for simply ordering food.Today they rushed me so much they didn’t give me my donut :(
I am a regular here and things have been fine but today was utter disappointment. I wanted yo get some coffee and food to go. I ordered a small cappuccino and a small americano. I received one cappuccino and another drink with milk. I ordered 3 chicken cravables and all the buns were almost burnt. When I ate mine I thought it was just mine but they literally gave me burnt buns for all sandwiches. I was too far away to return it and was stuck at hospital so ate it. It's a Tim's so nothing exceptional about the food. The breakfast sandwich tasted okay but it's not freshly made so the egg had that grey edge around the overcooked yolk. The premises are very clean and the staff efficient during a busy time.
