Amazing customer service by Grace and manager Nick. Saturdays are their busiest days and my hiking group always stop for coffee afterwards. I had old gift certificates that Nick found a way to process. Both employees were very polite and not once we're they rude to me, which they could have done trying to figure out the gift certificates. They even set cup aside with a time to prepare so I could walk in after my hike and pick up my order. I forgot to order it soy milk and called during my hike and Nick was again polite, cheerful and accommodating. I've always had good service there, and that day the service was amazing. On such a busy day all staff were smiling and providing great customer service. Thank you Nick, Grace and the staff at Wolf Willow.
