This location has no sense of urgency. When I arrived, there were no staff located within the physical restaurant. After standing there briefly, and admittedly contemplating going elsewhere, finally some woman yelled angrily across the Student's Union Building that there was customers waiting, and a member of staff appeared from the back - who was there the whole time!
