Very disappointed in my last visit to here. I ordered from the subway series menu and had to tell the sandwich assembler three times to follow the recipe, I thought that was the point of ordering a sandwich with a recipe that they’re not always asking you what you want on it . Also, they charge $.20 for a bag. The city requires a $.15 charge that goes to the proprietor. These guys have chosen to charge $.20. A bit scammy if you ask me. They used to be great but recently they have really taken a dive in service. I have noticed orders especially online getting wrong or not following directions. Hopefully they could step up their performance.

I live on the west end and would drive here anytime because the staff and service is more than 5 stars! This location is by far the best in Edmonton! The ladies are super sweet and friendly. My sub is made PERFECT everytime and just the way I like it. I wish the staff here would work at the Grange location because God knows they are AWFUL there! Go to this location if you're willing to drive and don't live in the area. I guarantee you it's worth it! Thanks for making my day whenever...read full review
