The food is just average - you can probably get the same quality of food from any Chinese restaurant in Edmonton. The server was pretty annoying. We literally just sat down and he kept rushing us to order. Told him we need more time, he walked away and then came back 20 seconds later when we were obviously still looking through the menu. Stumbled across this place while at shoppers. The owners Herman and Wendy are really nice people and friendly. The meal was prompt and delicious. The HK style Milk tea is the best I have ever had, very rich in flavor and no bitter aftertaste. Plus they include a cute bear Milk tea ice cube! The place is clean and prices are a great deal. All around excellent!

Went to check out Tea house cafe on a Sunday after getting groceries. I was pretty excited since there aren't a lot of Hong Kong style cafes in the city of Edmonton.Tea house cafe is located just a block away from whyte ave.
