The only reason this isn't a one-star review is the fact that a male worker started off our experience well. He was polite and managed to keep up with his single person shift very efficiently. This positive experience continued until a female worker walked in and instantly gave us attitude and clearly dirty, strange looks. I’ve been to The Alley in Windermere more than enough times. Everything has been at least decent. The highlight is their pearl - sweet but still a bit chewy, so I’d rate them 8/10.
