Went in for my usual order and this really pretty girl took my order. One of the sweetest employees I’ve met! I think her name is Jaclyn. Very beautiful, very sweet and the boba she made me was amazing

When first walking into this location I had noticed the gorgeous interior and was excited to grab my bubble tea while out on a stroll with my friends. I had gone up to the counter and was greeted by a kind young man, whilst ordering he was very kind and had a warm smile, I had paid and gone to wait. While chatting with my friends and patiently waiting on my drink I had noticed a co worker of theirs walk into the establishment, I didn’t think much of them but had taken a double take as they seemed familiar. My curiosities were fulfilled and they were not somebody I had known, unfortunately this did not sit well with the worker as she gave me the absolute most disgusting, unfathomable, upmost disrespectful look I have ever seen in my 22 years of being alive. I have never felt so judged and attacked by a simple look from a lady who does not seem as kind as she looks. Although this had upset me I continued on and waited for my drink whilst standing with my friends. As soon as I forgot about the lady she had come out of what seemed to be a workers only area and into the front counter. With hope that she maybe just had a scowl on her face naturally, I gave her the warmest smile I could bring upon myself in the moment. I was wrong. Once again this lady had gave me the most unbelievable look I’ve ever seen in my life. Had I done something wrong? No. Had I offended her with anything other than my presence? Doubt it. Had I given her the same treatment with my eyes? Abdaloutley not. So why was I being targeted as a guest inside of The Alley on currents drive. One star for the nice young man. I hope this finds you well and whoever’s in charge (hopefully not that lady) teacher her some manners and to fix her attitude with guests, as I a fast food worker I treat everybody and anybody fairly and that’s how it should be. Just for your information this was my last experience at The alley on Currents drive on Tuesday, March 26th 2024.

The only reason this isn't a one-star review is the fact that a male worker started off our experience well. He was polite and managed to keep up with his single person shift very efficiently. This positive experience continued until a female worker walked in and instantly gave us attitude and clearly dirty, strange looks. It's quite unsettling knowing the fact that this place hires workers that immediately resort to bad demeanor. We felt disrespected as customers, especially when we simply sat there in silence with no provoking comments towards this worker. Please train your employees better.

How can you forget to add straws on the milkteas that we ordered? So irresponsible. I do not recommend ordering on this store through any delivery services

I’ve been to The Alley in Windermere more than enough times. Everything has been at least decent. The highlight is their pearl - sweet but still a bit chewy, so I’d rate them 8/10.

We ordered 3 drinks and one of the drinks came mostly empty and leaked all over our entrance and floors. The cup was cracked and the seal was broken. Also did not give us any straws even though we ordered 3 drinks. Tastes very diluted compared to the WEM location. Will not be going back. Absolutely ridiculous!Edit: the store responded but just look thru some reviews and you’ll see that the cups here always leak and they always forget to give straws. Stop blaming the delivery person for everything.

We ordered 11 drinks thru Doordash and it arrived without straws. We called the store and talked to their manager Ryan. He was unhelpful with the situation and told us to go to the store to get the straws. It was a very bad customer service.

Hit or miss experience here. We usually get the Deerioca Fever and it’s delicious. Yesterday, they ran out so I got their half-sweet passion fruit green tea bubble tea. It was the sweetest bubble tea I’ve ever had and I had a hard time getting through even half of it. My partner got the snow velvet brown sugar latte and the flavor was no good - threw it out after two sips. Their drinks aren’t that customizable as many drinks can’t be adjusted for sweetness or they say they can’t add tapioca. Would only go back for the Deerioca Fever.

Service was good here but the drinks are fairly average. Good if you happen to be in the area and are ok with average bubble tea. The odd thing was that we saw the person making the drinks smell one of the drinks and make a foul looking face and continued to smell it once more and had her coworker smell it. Not sure what that was all about but if the Alley is serving bad drinks and their staff know it, then please throw it out the next time. It was odd and doesn't make customers want to come back.

The staff are friendly but it takes forever to get your drinks. Ive ordered from this location twice and both were not great. The second time I ordered a Peach Oolong tea drink, thinking it was a sweet cold iced tea like they have at other bubble tea places. But the drink was straight up just a tea bag in some water and it was bitter as heck with absolutely no flavour.I took one sip and could not drink it anymore. Its funny cause there is supposed to be sugar in it. Very disappointed, considering how high the prices. Fix your drinks please

I’ve been here on four separate occasions the past two months, and all four times they don’t have tapioca. Three times I came around 1-1.5 hours before they close on weekdays, fine that’s understandable they sold out and it’s close to closing. But today, I came at 5:30 PM on a Saturday and they said they’re sold out of tapioca, when they close at 10 PM.I feel like it’s pointless going to a bubble tea store when there’s no tapioca.

Terrible customer service! They were out of 2 sections of the menu. Asked for no ice and was told they can't, and the staff just stared at us without making any suggestions. No apologies, no explanation, and no alternative options. Very disappointed.

Employees took 40 minutes to make 2 two drinks because they are too busy talking about drama at their workplace. It is very frustrating.

Went for my 9 year old daughter. There was 2 guys working that were very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to find the right drink for her. They are the reason for this review, thanks guys!
