Although this is a fast food restaurant and they may be fast but their preparation is horrible, my sandwiches and begals are thrown together like a child did it. My begal barley has cream cheese and the cheese on there is big spots without. Just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean you need to be sloppy with customers food.
Terrible customer service was pulled forward for 2 cappuccino which I understand only 1 machine but was told that my two hashbrowns were givin too me which they were not telling me my food was Givin too a random other customer my coffee lid was not on properly so when I go too pick it up while driving I spill my coffee all over my lap please do better I will no longer be going too this location for any circumstances being there is 2 other much better serviced tim hortins aroundVery...read full review

I never get ice in my drinks. I think the companies nowadays take advantage of that as a way of not actually giving you what you pay for. The other day I went to the 137 Ave and Manning Drive location in Edmonton and asked for no ice. They gave me a cup that was half full. I asked them to fill it up, the girl snapped at me and said this is the last time. There are many other Tim Hortons locations nearby. I will now be going there and letting people know of my experience...read full review
