Would give zero stars if i could. This tim hortons was closed and still accepting online orders. I placed an order here and paid for it online only to find out that they were closed. They were listed open on Google and the Tims app. So they basically stole my money. Thankfully another tims helped me out and gave me the order for free. I asked for the owner or manager but the person working the Convenience Store couldn’t tell me. Completely horrible service. No manager or owner to help. Would have lost my money if it wasnt for the amazing argylle tim hortons down the road. Better to take your business there.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. The staff members (2 Ladies wearing glasses)were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in assisting customers They were slow in taking orders and didn't show any sense of urgency in serving customers. Additionally, when I raised a concern about my order, the staff member was dismissive and unapologetic. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Tim Hortons location.

Ive only put 2 stars as the 1 star is so filled up. The workers here dont care at all. will smash up your bagle, misread your order on pourpose constantly as some sort of dumb joke. The managment should review this branch and the franchise should look into the managment (or lack there of). In all just terrible and dissapointing. A regular stop of ours for a double double, bagel belt, and a donut. Also enjoy the white hot chocolate when I don't want caffeine. Probably eat too many timbits and donuts when guys bring in a box to work. Appreciate that quality control means I can get the same fresh snack no matter what Tim Hortons I go to.

I just ORDERED TODAY AND AN INIDAN LADY GAVE ME A COLD CHICKEN
I asked for steap tea double double with chai tea bag and honey with no sugar that's how I order every time but the man behind the window was so rude and gave me the wrong order with just steap tea (black) and chai tea bag. If the staff doesn't know how to make coffee please give them training first and please tell them to not bieng rude with customers.

**Update: I did complain to Tim Hortons on Facebook as I was at work and unable to go back right away. Their customer service team was quick to respond. I received calls from the location I got the coffee from and from Corina (not sure i am spelling that right) at another location. They were both friendly and apologized multiple times. On my break I went back and I got my money back for the coffee. I did get a free iced capp and wrap from Corina at the other location, which was a nice gesture.**Found gross hairs with clumps on them in my coffee this morning.I've been getting coffees here all week.Beyond disguted.

Got 50 timbits asked for choco, honey dip, and a few sour cream glaze. Got absolutly no honeydip and 1/3 of it was sourcream glaze
