I used their app to take advantage of a promotion (free chili with any order). I presented the offer to the cashier and she scanned the QR code.When we took our order, there was no chili. When I asked for it, the cashier says "Oh, you have to order it", then argued her point for a minute until she realized I wasn't going to go away. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They consistently mishear what you order and forget items, not to mention only half-filling fries + kids apple pieces. I’m beyond annoyed and won’t be returning.
