I've always had good experiences at this location, but I had a terrible experience tonight.The guy speaking over drive-thru was rude and sassy. I expect it when specifying allergies, but the whole interaction sounded like he hated being there. While waiting for my food, I saw him snap at a co-woker, which made me very uncomfortable. I was also not asked if I needed a bag or cutlery.I wasn't going to leave a review based on a single employee, but getting home after this interaction to lettuce wraps without any condiments on or on the side ruined my experience.I go here regularly, but I will be going to the Northgate location from now on.Parking: Large pot holes, use caution with low vehicles or those with mobility issues

This locations standards dropped like a bomb, it was our go to place but this time the wait was long, items where missing, no cutlery, napkins or straws and our burger where wrong. Pop machine had no lids, another customer made the counter aware and said they will get around to it but never did, dirty tables & floor. Needless to say won't be returning.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant in Edmonton and that says something. Was charged for an item they ran out of. Fine, that's fair. But then expect me to walk away without a replacement drink or my money back then make me spend 5 minutes trying to understand thick mumbled English. Then when I ask for the over-charged taken off and just a replacement drink for the normal price it becomes a whole other thing. And even then they short-changed me by charging for a medium drink while handing me a small... SMH... AVOID AVOID AVOID! One of Edmonton's scammer restaurants designed to rip of unsuspecting consumers while letting the quality of everything fall into the abyss. Cold stale fries, dry lukewarm burger, half the drinks were out in the one soda machine available...
