The Path Plant Based Metaphysical Café is truly a treasure in every sense of the word. Their food is always delicious, but what sets them apart is the incredible care and thoughtfulness they show toward their customers.

Recently, I asked if they could make their gluten-free nuts and bolts mix—a seasonal favorite of mine—and they joyfully agreed, even though they no longer focus exclusively on gluten-free offerings. When I picked it up, they mentioned they had trouble sourcing some ingredients and had to improvise, but they still put so much love into making it. They even gifted it to me, which was such an unexpected and heartwarming gesture.

This kindness turned my entire day around. It reminded me how special this café is, not just for their food (which is amazing—I even got to enjoy one of their gluten-free pretzels, my favorite!), but for the heart they pour into everything they do.

If you’re looking for a place with tasty plant-based treats and a team of people who genuinely care, The Path is the place to be. Thank you for always going the extra mile and for being such a blessing to your community!

I walked over to takotime and saw a dude making several orders at once. And he was making them fast. Like, this due looked at Usain bolt and called him slow. He made insane time and was overall impressive. I got my order so freakishly quickly that by the time I was only 2 steps away I swear the next 2 people I'm line were already getting their food as well. Overall, insane work, good job.”

With it being our favourite spot to unwind, it was a no brainer to ask if they would be willing to flange up all of our favs for our wedding day. “My Google maps won't let me post twice so I will post here. 10 stars out of 5! To all the staff what a fantastic job you do for your customers. I chose you guys for my wife's 60th birthday supper. If anyone hasn't tried the pretzel bites with the cheese/beer dip you are missing out on a succulent treat. 9oz sirloin and mashed absolutely perfect and it comes hot. Great with their house red beer. My wife loves the haddock fish and chips. Best restaurant coleslaw going. And the service is professional and so friendly, top notch. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“I haven't had harveys breakfast in over 15 years. We'll i found one and its the only one in my town that I landed in in GP,Alberta. The lady serving me was polite and extremely fast and efficient while still maining a great conversation. And the gentleman making my breakfast. May i say you messed me up. You
brought me back to sitting in a harveys with my mom as kid having my breakfast. I'll see you guys tmw. Best food and service at harveys I've ever had. And i got 7 of them in my city in ontario and all your trash and for $5.75 you cannot go wrong.”

“Coffee tastes better in ceramic.

Our first visit as we just moved into town. Very welcoming and appealing design. We liked it and hoped we could turn this into a regular coffee stop as we live close by.

However, you need to offer in-house coffees in proper ceramic cups. Yes, train your staff how to wash dishes. You designed such a nice atmosphere only to diminish the in-house experience.

Let us know if you change this policy in the future. In the meantime we'll keep looking for that place that utilizes actual cups.

You know I know it is a business I am telling you food is great but if you don’t give good portions like decent good portion that is worth the money you are paying people will leave like myself.
