“We stopped by this place just to grab a couple of drinks and ended up having a wonderful experience, thanks to Aj's outstanding service. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he recommended some fantastic drinks. I'm typically not a fan of IPA, but the one Aj suggested was definitely a game-changer for me—it was truly great! His recommendations and the overall vibe of the place made our visit exceptionally enjoyable“

“We recently dined at this restaurant to sample their "Chateau Winter Experience" three-course menu, and it was a delightful culinary adventure from start to finish. Starting with the appetizer, the traditional cheese fondue was a first for us, and it perfectly met our expectations, served with an assortment of fresh veggies and bread for dipping. For our mains, the Alberta beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, while the schnitzel was satisfyingly crispy, perfectly complemented by a savory mushroom sauce. The baked Louise dessert was a delightful conclusion to our meal. However, what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service; the staff were attentive, bringing a flower for our anniversary, and our server Asher was remarkably knowledgeable, expertly guiding us through the menu. Overall, the visit was an outstanding dining experience that we highly recommend.Thank you Asher and all the staff at Walliser Stube!“

“Stopped there for lunch on a beautiful bluebird day! The view of the mount temple and the lake Louise was amazing (better if windows were clean).We shared (2peoples) the rabbit and the gnocchi and we hardly recommend those dishes.Try to find rabbit in another ski resort! This one is cooked so well! Congrats and Thanks to the Chef David Acero.And also thanks to the pastry chef Julie Boulbin for the desserts who were just amazing. Vive la France for the desserts“
