“Hawaiian pizza was amazing. Tables are pretty small, especially once you add pizza to it. Kids menu is expensive and limited. My pizza was $26, which seemed a bit steep, and there was upcharge for Parmesan on top of that. We came on Monday 50% off pizza night but Hawaiian wasn't included in that. Will be back tho. THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER Had!“

“We enjoyed a fabulous meal this evening with an attentive waiter named Kevin. My husband enjoyed the best short ribs he had ever eaten! I delighted in a warm beet salad and a mushroom stroganoff that was absolutely amazing. A rush of flavors and a mixed spread of mushrooms. Excellent service and really outstanding food! You would not be disappointed!“

“We went to Juniper Bistro for breakfast and we were served by Clarence. The food was incredible - best breakfast we’ve had in ages. We shared the avocado toast, salmon benny, and French toast. Not to mention, the latte put every coffee shop to shame! The best part though was being served by Clarence. We have two young children and he went above and beyond to keep the laughing and having a great time. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and we look forward to being back!“

“This place has recently reinvented itself and everything is really impressive. Their smaller new menu is yummy, and pushing toward a higher end Italian place (but still with a casual vibe). Any of the pizzas with maple syrup are worth trying. Beware that there's cheese on just about everything, so not a ton of options for a dairy free meal (we have 2 in our family who can't have dairy).“

“I love this place I have been coming here for 18 years it is my favourite sushi in Banff. Please do yourself a favour and try their spinach gomaae and their Agedashi tofu they are my favourites.Also their tempura is the best I have had you can’t really go wrong with anything from the menu I will always get a different selection of rolls as there are so many to choose from and are all delicious. But I will always get the three items mentioned above each time I go.So much love for Sushi bistroVegetarian options: Spinach gomaae is and amazing vegetarian option that has so much flavour.“

“During our stay at the Banff Springs we ate here twice. I have Celiac and both times we went here the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. The night we arrived (in the late evening without another reservation) we ate in the pub. Had the braised short rib - was amazing!Later in our stay we ate in the upstairs restaurant - terrace section. I had the GF Schnitzel and it was so good. My husband had the regular schnitzel with Jaeger sauce and loved it. “My girlfriend and I went down to Banff for night and when we were leaving the hotel we asked the front desk where they would recommend eating breakfast and were directed here. The portions were huge, and the staff were kind and fast to serve us. The restaurant was packed and there was a line outside but moved fairly quickly the door.We went down for breakfast and it was amazing, food was soooo good.“

“Food was delicious! Had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with a salad. The portions were huge. Drink wise, I tried the chick chick cherry cola (or something close to that!). The cherry liqueur made it taste a lot like cough syrup. I'll try a different beverage next time.“

“Our Server was the best part! I wish I would have grabbed her name but she was from South Africa and was working in evening on April 13 (name starts with a P?). She is a gem and I hope they know the value she brings to their business. The food was tasty and portions were great! The ONLY downside is that for an Italian restaurant, I was disappointed in the pasta selections (few). Most had seafood (no spaghetti bolognese, only Alfredo was with penne, no veal, no Caesar salad, caprese). What we did have was very good but they could definitely add to their menu selection.“

“This place is great if it fits within your budget. I’ll preface this by saying it’s not cheap by any means. It was a great first time experience to try many different types of meats such as kangaroo, alligator, & ostrich. We ordered the exotic fondue dinner and the Alberta dinner (not on menu but incl. beef, boar, elk and venison). The interior is a nice cozy and dark vibe unless you sit by the exterior windows, where you get a nice view of the beautiful mountains. The chicken tortellini soup was immaculate, lightly salted and the perfect temperature. The cheese fondue was a nice, cheesy and had a strong wine tasting undertone. The fondue dinners were great, meat was tender, good cuts, no cheap/fatty bits. The stone was nice and hot to cook the meat on. And I sure smelled like a barbecue after that. The chocolate fondue was the perfect way to end off the night. It was perfectly sweet (not too much, not too little) and some yummy fruits! I would definitely say this place is a must.“

Comments we made well eating include "this is worth driving from Lethbridge for" and "this is the longest I've gone without talking all day".“

“Went for dinner here last Saturday night. We try to make a point of trying somewhere new to eat each time we go to Banff. This place did not disappoint! A stunning restaurant with amazing views. Polite, attentive staff, and the food was amazing. Good value , especially for Banff. This may be a place we visit more than once!!“
