We ordered a platter. We were given a box with 5 barely cut sandwiches. This was for a corporate event and not presented nicely. The sauces I ordered were packaged on the side but two were missing. The subs were very sparse on toppings. Three of the subs were plant based which usually in the store they get filled appropriately, with more veggies than you'd get with meat and cheese. I just started working at a car dealership down the road from this location. I walked in here, and got greeted with huge smiles. They introduced them selves by name and remembered my name. I’ve went back multiple times already and i always get treated with so much respect. Shout out to ALVIN & CAROL!! I have had great service here every time. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. They really make it the way you want it. Great place to go!!

Walked in the door at 11:31AM during my 30 minute lunch break. There were three customers ahead of me. It took over 15 minutes for the two staff to get one customer through and he only ordered one sandwich. By the time it was my turn to order I had 5 minutes left of my break. Didn't have time to eat. I've never been at a Subway with staff this slow. Also, the cucumber insert was almost empty.
