Walked in the door at 11:31AM during my 30 minute lunch break. There were three customers ahead of me. It took over 15 minutes for the two staff to get one customer through and he only ordered one sandwich. By the time it was my turn to order I had 5 minutes left of my break. Didn't have time to eat. I've never been at a Subway with staff this slow. Also, the cucumber insert was almost empty.

absolutely horrendous service. one person in front of me in line and I would’ve been waiting an hour for this guy to make 2 sandwiches. no care at all to serve customers efficiently. decided to leave and go somewhere who actually valued my service.

We ordered a platter. We were given a box with 5 barely cut sandwiches. This was for a corporate event and not presented nicely. The sauces I ordered were packaged on the side but two were missing. The subs were very sparse on toppings. Three of the subs were plant based which usually in the store they get filled appropriately, with more veggies than you'd get with meat and cheese. There was barely anything on these ones. We were expecting a platter with the sandwiches properly cut and randomly assorted.

I just started working at a car dealership down the road from this location. I walked in here, and got greeted with huge smiles. They introduced them selves by name and remembered my name. I’ve went back multiple times already and i always get treated with so much respect. Shout out to ALVIN & CAROL!! I have had great service here every time. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. They really make it the way you want it. Great place to go!!

the male worker needs a new fricken attitude. slowest worker, we all come here for our lunch breaks and this guy cant seem to care about fast or proper service. rude and inefficient. the manager needs to have a chat or just straight up fire him.

Microwaved egg sub mmmm . The microwave it self looks like it's 100 years old. Sandwich maker has problems for sure. Grungy look doesn't Match a job like this. Still bread from the day before for sure. What a waste of 12 dollars.
