The staff in back of house were talking loudly and rudely about customers, betting that we "probably would even clean up after ourselves". We wanted to order something additional before we left and the person who seemed to be in charge made eye contact with me at the counter and then walked away. 5 min no one came back to take the order? The girl who took our order looked miserable and muttered everything and looked so mad when I said "I'm sorry, pardon?". Boo

Came for a burger and nuggets. One person ahead and I had to wait 10 minutes because she “added” to her order. When I got to the window I said “they could have parked her”and they said “she just added on”. Then toldMe that even though I have already waited 10 minutes in line that they needed to PARK ME because they are waiting on the Nuggets. As I’m on my Lunch break I ask for a refund on the nuggets. Employee was giving attitude. Finally leave with my burger and it’s not what I ordered and spent another 7 minutes in the drive through to get it while she slammed the window after handing it to me.

Please don’t go here if you have any food allergies. I asked 3 times for no cheese or toppings on my burger. I listed the ingredients I wanted. But guess what? I got 2 pieces of cheese! This means I paid for something I can’t eat. Now I’m still hungry and out $10. Keep up the good work ?

Nice fresh burgers always.A little shy with the salad as I always get XTRA when ordering online.Usually very good.Best lettuce. A&W could learn from Wendy's and not be so scabby with their salads.The only place where you can get a burger and it looks like the picture.Keep up the great work!

The new bbq bacon burger tasted pretty good not really warm and the fries were discustingly cold. The ketchup I used to dip them in was warmer.
