I understand it's McDonald's and we are not expecting a lot to begin with but this location has some of the rudest staff in town. They don't care about order accuracy, they just throw everything into a bag and can't even be bothered to put a burger together properly. We all go to McDonald's knowing we're probably going to be disappointed in one way or another, but this one to disappoints in every possible way.
New renovation made the seating area even smaller. Ordered to eat in, was given order in to go form, able to order and pay for options they didn't have.. not overly impressed. All locations in lethbridge seem to have gone more downhill (if that was even possible) the last few years. Sad.

This place should just be closed down and started again with whole new staff. Tried to get breakfast for my family, they left me sitting at the drive through window for several minutes even though the drive through was empty when I came up, then denied the ability to make any more breakfast items. Have had several other issues with this particular location to the point that I've almost fully boycotted McDonald's as a whole.
