I walked up to the till and was ready to order, the lady there was standing on her phone texting, I waited a minute for her to be ready to take my order and wasn't sure if she just happened to be waiting for me. I then said what I wanted to order and she told me to "hold on" as she proceeded to keep texting while standing at the cash counter. I am appaled by the type of customer service this place has offered, absolutely dissapointed.I'm not bothered if someone is quickly using their phone to reply to someone but to be told to "hold on" and proceed to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to stop texting whike standing infron of the till is insane.

Did not tell us or give us what we ordered until we went through the bags. Asked for large sandwich we were very hungry and on a 5.5 hr road trip. Then when going through bags asked where it was and they told us they don't have them and should have let us know when ordering. Left there very mad and with no patience Sandwiches built very sloppy.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But I’m so done with this location. It’s the closest one to my house which is why I take the risk on going there. This morning I ordered a bagel BELT no egg. And I got a smashed up bagel with only tomato and lettuce on it which of course I didn’t notice till I got to school. Every time I make the choice to go here my order is wrong. And I don’t go a lot because of the issues. They are always out of donuts, bagels and other bakery items at any time of the day. This place needs a serious overhaul. Management included.

The worst Tim Hortons’ location in Lethbridge. I have wasted more than 50 bucks in the last year. I only get 5-7 mins to run to Tims to get my food and come back to work. And 70% of the times, my order is incorrect. I have complained a couple of times, but then you have to deal with their attitude, specifically one girl over there. She won’t even acknowledge your presence when you are standing there at the counter to place your order. I had to stop going to this location for six months and then i went back hoping to get a better experience, but the same disappointment. I can sometimes give benefit of doubt for the incorrect orders, but their attitude doesn’t let me to that. ?

Probably the worst Tim Hortons' location I have ever been to (and I have been to alot). This Tims is right beside my house so it is the main Tims I go to. I believe the owner needs to take responsibility and pay attention to what goes on in their store. Most of the staff are undertrained and not friendly, today the lady at the window did not say a single word to me the whole time I was paying and getting my food, and she also only had the window cracked enough to squeeze the payment machines through as well as my food. The food here is DECENT at best and very inconsistent, the hashbrowns are always undercook and soggy, the wraps look like they are made by 4th graders, and they are always out of certain things. The ordering process is a nightmare, some employees say they are going to check if they have things and then make you wait 2 minutes at the station before saying if they have it or not. I do not want this whole review to be negative, there are a couple great employees (blonde haired young caucasian male who usually works drive through, and two middle eastern men who seem to actually care about the service they provide). Overall I think management should do a formal review and focus more on service standards in this particular restaurant.
