Did not tell us or give us what we ordered until we went through the bags. Asked for large sandwich we were very hungry and on a 5.5 hr road trip. Then when going through bags asked where it was and they told us they don't have them and should have let us know when ordering. Left there very mad and with no patience Sandwiches built very sloppy.
I don’t usually leave reviews. But I’m so done with this location. It’s the closest one to my house which is why I take the risk on going there. This morning I ordered a bagel BELT no egg. And I got a smashed up bagel with only tomato and lettuce on it which of course I didn’t notice till I got to school. Every time I make the choice to go here my order is wrong. And I don’t go a lot because of the issues. They are always out of donuts, bagels and other bakery items...read full review

I walked up to the till and was ready to order, the lady there was standing on her phone texting, I waited a minute for her to be ready to take my order and wasn't sure if she just happened to be waiting for me. I then said what I wanted to order and she told me to "hold on" as she proceeded to keep texting while standing at the cash counter.
